Services · fee schedule

Services, priced to the submission

Five deliverables, one flat fee each. From a $385 letter of inquiry to a $2,260 reusable proposal library. Half to start, half on submission.

Core deliverables

Each line is a file you can submit, not an hour you can’t audit

Fees are fixed before drafting starts. Scope is written from the funder’s guidelines, so the number on the call is the number on the invoice.

  1. Short form
    $385per submitted LOI

    Letter of inquiry

A two-page pitch written to the funder’s own prompt. It earns an invitation to apply, so it is built to be scored, not admired.

    • Fit memo for that one funder
    • Ask amount checked against their median award
    • One consolidated edit round

Turnaround: 6 business days from intake.

  2. Most picked
    $1,480per submitted application

    Full grant application

Narrative, budget, budget justification and logic model, drafted to the rubric and sized to the portal’s character limits.

    • Statement of need with one cited source per claim
    • Budget and narrative reconciled line by line
    • Attachments checklist and final PDF; portal-ready text
    • Fit memo and one consolidated edit round

Turnaround: 17 business days from intake.

  3. Multi-grant
    $3,975three submissions · $465 under three singles

    Three-application package

One fit memo ranks the field; we draft the top three. Shared sections are written once and adapted per rubric, which is where the saving comes from.

    • Funder ranking by award size, geography, budget band and deadline
    • Three full applications, each with its own budget justification
    • Scheduled across one quarter, deadline by deadline

Timeline: one quarter, staggered to your funders’ cycles.

  4. Reusable
    $2,260one-time build

    Proposal library build

Twelve core sections written, character-counted and indexed, so the next application starts from filed text instead of a blank page.

    • Mission, history, need, programs, evaluation and staff bios
    • Boilerplate budget with your indirect rate set
    • Shared document you keep, whether or not you hire us again

    Turnaround: 20 business days.

Narrower scopes

Edit-only pass

$240

We mark up your draft against the funder’s rubric and return tracked changes. Best for asks under about $5,000.

Funder fit memo

$175

One page ranking 3–5 funders by median award, geography, eligible budget and deadline. Write the application yourself.

Rush surcharge

+$320

Deadline under 10 days. The edit window compresses; the funder research does not.

Rework beyond the one consolidated edit round is $95 per hour, quoted before it starts.

Billing & limits

How the invoice works, and what sits outside it

  • Payment

Half at intake, half on submission. Check, ACH or card. Nothing is ever billed as a percentage of an award.

  • Who submits

You do, from your own portal login. We deliver portal-ready text and a final PDF, and stay on the phone while you paste it in.

  • Not included

Award reporting, site visits and funder relationship calls. Ask and we’ll quote them separately.

  • Guarantees

None on funding. The commitment is a fitted, reconciled file delivered on the date we set at intake.

  • When we say no

Under about $5,000 we steer you to the $385 LOI or the $240 edit pass, because the full fee would outweigh the ask.

Questions before you book

Which one do I need if I’ve never applied to this funder?

Start with the $175 fit memo, or the LOI if the funder requires one. Many funders invite a full application only after an LOI.

Can I swap scope after we start?

Yes, before the outline sign-off. We credit work done against the new scope and reissue the quote in writing.

Do you work with funders outside Georgia?

Yes. Federal, state and national foundation portals all follow the same spec logic. Call and we’ll read the guidelines with you.

Scope it by phone

Read us the guidelines. We’ll name the service and the fee on the call.
